Olivier is originally from France and has worked extensively across Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia in over 25 years of experience in different industries, including food, logistics and franchise retail. Olivier has worked both in large firms such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS and has also worked in start ups and ran his own franchise operation at Mail Boxes Etc. Olivier has managed in 3 continents GMS Logistics a Singaporean master franchisee of InXpress in partnership with DHL. Olivier has his MBA from ESCP Europe and has also done programmes at IESE Business School.
Paul is Malagasy French with a long experience in Canada. Paul had various analytical roles as well as strategic alignment, strategic execution, IT value creation, performance optimization, change management and managing digital transformation programs. Paul is experienced in project management, portfolio management office, demand management, IT service management, requirement management, process design and implementation, business analysis. Paul worked for various companies including Ericsson Canada, National Bank of Canada, AXA, BNP Paribas, Nokia, Credit Agricole, Bouygues telecom, Eni gas & power.
Mike is American and he is a professor of strategy, globalization, & sustainability at IESE Business School. Mike teaches long-term strategy, scenario planning and analysis of business problems in IESE’s MBA, Global Executive MBA and executive education programs. Prior to joining the faculty, Mike worked as a management consultant to the international automotive industry for Heidrick & Struggles, A.T. Kearney and Arthur D. Little.
Per is Swedish and is the founder and CEO of Tea Shop East West Company, a retail network dedicated exclusively to selling high quality leaf tea, rooibos and infusions, as well as accessories and gourmet food. Per has a large experience in franchising. Per has always been a tea passionate and a business entrepreneur.
Professor at IESE Business School in Barcelona
José Luis Nueno is a professor in the Marketing Department at IESE Business School in Barcelona. He holds a Ph.D. in business administration (marketing) from Harvard University, an MBA from IESE and a degree in law from the Universitat de Barcelona. Prof. Nueno is recognized as one of the most distinguished leaders in globalization, the marketing of consumer and luxury goods and relationship marketing. He is the co- author of “Zara: Fast Fashion”, one of Harvard Publishing’s first interactive case studies. Prof. Nueno is a board member of a number of leading international companies. He is also a corporate consultant since 1986 and has worked on behalf of more than 160 global clients on more than 230 projects. Prof. Nueno advises national and international corporations in the areas of marketing and strategy.
